MARCH BREAK SCHEDULE

If you're reading this post, it means you're part of the Movement Culture Community and have trained with Coach Jonathan Koo and The Mobility Masters Crew! 

I (Coach JKoo) am writing this to inform you that I'll be taking a nice long break from MARCH 6th until MARCH 28th. This obviously means that I will not be conducting any Training Sessions IN-PERSON during this time. 

I WILL however be monitoring all of your progress and making sure you are all following along to your daily mobility homework and your own personal workouts via our new Monthly Mobility Membership. If you haven't already been set up with an account, please shoot me an email back and I'll get you started. For all existing clients, you will have 4 Weeks of complimentary access to the app that includes your individual set of homework videos/routine. If after this time, you prefer going back to the tried and true spreadsheet, no problem, you can just cancel the subscription.

While I'm away, if you'd still like to train IN-PERSON, The Mobility Masters Crew has got you! I can set you up with either Coach "JS" Jon Siow or Coach Derek Chan (Wing Chun Master)

ANYONE WHO'D LIKE TO TRAIN WITH ME BEFORE I GO: Please either refer to my availability at A4A in Markham on Tuesday or at The Hockey Club in Aurora on Wednesday. If you don't fall under those categories but still want to train or you have any other requests, please email me, shoot me a text, or DM me on Instagram.

For those who already have group sessions booked on the days that I'm away, I will be working with Coach JS and Derek to see if they are able to cover me. If they can't, I'll credit your account so you can use it when I'm back in April!

As always, stay consistent, work hard, and have fun with what you're doing!
